Balbriggan Dublin
Our 6,000 m² stainless steel fabrication facility comprises a 1,800 m² fabrication and assembly hall, cleanroom fabrication areas (Class 1000 – 300 m² and Class 10 – 50 m²), and 1,400 m² of dedicated storage with a dock-leveller loadout area.
The site accommodates high-purity equipment storage and has full capacity for PED and skid assembly. Fabrication includes stainless steel and high-purity pipework, supported by bulk argon and nitrogen gas supply, advanced pipe-facing tools, Orbitalum and AMI orbital welding machines, and GTAW welding stations.
Glanmire Cork
Our stainless steel pipe fabrication facility features an external storage yard for pipe rack and skid assembly, along with an on-site Class 10,000 cleanroom. The fabrication shop spans 1,000 m² and is supported by dedicated management offices, with the capacity to deliver 5,000–7,000 weld inches per week on a single shift.
High-purity equipment is securely stored on site, with operations supported by bulk argon gas supply. The facility is equipped with advanced pipe-cutting and pipe-facing tools, Orbitalum orbital welding systems, and GTAW welding machines.
Rockgrove
Our carbon steel pipe fabrication facility includes a 1,200 m² fabrication shop supported by management office space, two 5-tonne EOT cranes, and mobile yard loadalls. An external storage yard is available for pipe rack and skid assembly, with additional plant yard and equipment storage provided on site.
The facility has the capacity to deliver 5,000–7,000 weld inches per week on a single shift.
OSM Facility
Carbon steel pipe fabrication is carried out in Hall F, which spans 1,500 m² and is equipped with two 5T EOT cranes. Additional storage is provided in Hall A with two 10T and two 40T EOT cranes (2,100 m²), and Hall D offers a further 1,500 m² of equipment storage. The site also includes a 200 m² paint tent and 500 m² of management office space.An external storage yard is available for pipe rack assembly, and the facility has capacity for 5,000–7,000 weld inches per week on a single shift.The workshop is equipped with advanced pipe cutting and bevelling machines, STT welding machines, GTAW welding machines, and rotating equipment.

Pipe Racks
BMD delivers complete pipe rack solutions from design through to installation, supporting complex process and utility systems across industrial and high-tech sectors. Our scope includes structural steel fabrication, process and utility pipework, and full OSM (Off-Site Manufacture) assembly within our controlled fabrication facilities. Each modular pipe rack is fully fitted with E&I systems, sprinkler piping, and insulation, then prepared for shipping, load-out, and on-site installation. This integrated approach ensures precise assembly, reduced site time, and seamless hook-ups during installation.
Skids
We deliver complete off-site manufactured (OSM) skid assemblies, from early design engagement through to site installation. Our expertise covers equipment installation, process and utility pipework in stainless steel (from 2” to 6 mm with compression fittings), and full OSM manufacture and assembly. We also support electrical and instrumentation (E&I) contractors, commissioning teams, and manage shipping preparation, load-out, and on-site installation. These proven capabilities ensure the delivery of complex, high-quality systems within demanding project timelines.

We provide complete modular assembly solutions, from early design engagement through to on-site installation and commissioning support.
