A focused 5-month project delivering ultra-pure water infrastructure through prefabricated piping and high-precision offsite welding, enabling rapid installation and reliable handover.
- Installed prefabricated PVDP piping (up to 200mm).
- Fabricated and installed carbon and stainless-steel pipework.
- Managed peak workforce of 40 trades.
- Delivered 4,366 weld inches, with 86% offsite completion.
- Completed full testing and handover.
