What We Did
BMD executed the full mechanical and structural installation scope, delivering precision fabrication and assembly works across piping systems and auxiliary steel structures within the HRSG unit.
- Fabrication and installation of approximately 110 tonnes of large and small bore piping
- Installation of heavy wall carbon steel and chrome piping in P11, P22, and P91 grades
- Fabrication and installation of auxiliary steelwork, including platforms, ladders, and stairs
- Completion of HRSG supporting lattice framework and distribution grid baffle system using grade 316Ti and 321 materials
- Execution of repair works to support ongoing HRSG maintenance and operational reliability
