Design, rigging, and installation of complex cooling and chiller systems to expand Intel’s production capability.

What We Did

  • Delivered full mechanical and process design from LOD200 to LOD400, converting the Revit model to a complete 3D plant design.

  • Managed the rigging and installation of 36 cooling towers, 16 chillers, 32 pump skids, and 11 vessels.

  • Fabricated and installed 12,400 metres of pipework ranging from 12mm to 750mm diameter.

  • Completed 244,000 weld inches, with 92% of all welding executed offsite through BMD’s OSM facilities.

  • Oversaw full testing, commissioning, and project handover to client specifications.
